  • Support pupils with mobility, physiotherapy, specialist equipment and safe positioning throughout the school day.
  • Deliver high-quality personal and pastoral care, promoting dignity, independence and emotional wellbeing.
  • Maintain Individual Healthcare Plans, feeding logs, seizure logs and medical records in line with GDPR.
  • Liaise with parents, carers, clinicians and multi-agency teams to ensure consistent, up-to-date medical information.
  • Support pupils in the classroom by managing medical needs discreetly and enabling full participation in learning.
  • Respond to medical incidents and emergencies calmly and confidently, following school procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive, safe and inclusive school environment where every pupil can flourish
