Week 8 In Lower School

It has been the last 2 full weeks before the Christmas holidays and WOW! It has been a fun packed 2 weeks with a trip to the Norwich Cathedral, Christmas  jumper day, Christmas dinner day, Christmas Maths and Christmas Nativity rehearsals.

On the 4th of December, Lower School and some KS3 students went to the Special Schools Carol Service in Norwich. It was a lovely Christmas occasion with lots of
carol singing and a nativity performed by a mixture of students from the Cathedral School and some special schools. The students sang and signed to the carols and
played bells along to the prayers. They also enjoyed watching the lighting of the Christmas tree star. They joined in really well and it was a good practice for our own
carol service.
On the 11th of December this week we had our Christmas jumper and dinner day. All the children got to wear their Christmas jumpers and contributed a £1 towards  The Children’s Charity. The whole school also sat down to a roast turkey dinner and  afterwards all the children in the school received a present, which they were really
pleased with!

In Lower School Conkers class have been keeping up with the Christmas spirit by doing some Christmas Maths.
