Parent Surveys
Reporting a Pupil Absent
To report a pupil absent, please phone the school on 01263 578 144 and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can email the office at office@sidestrandhall.norfolk.sch.uk. Please be sure to leave the following information:
- Pupils name
- Class
- Reason for absence
- When you expect pupil to return
Poorly Children
If your child has sickness or diarrhoea, please remember they need to stay at home for 48 hours after the last episode

School closures will be posted on the Norfolk School Closures Site
Teachers to Parents
The school uses a text service to send out information to parents. If you are not receiving these, please contact the school office to update your contact details.
Transport
All pupil transport is arranged through Norfolk County Council.
