This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dedicated residential team, which is recognised by Ofsted as providing high quality care.  

Sidestrand Hall is a weekly (Monday to Friday), term time only residential school for pupils aged 7-19 years with complex needsThe school is seeking to appoint Residential Child Care Officers to work across the residential units. 

The role will be working evenings and mornings to support the young people’s learning through a 24hr curriculum. This is achieved through a wide range of activities and experiences, please visit our Residential page to find out more:  http://sidestrandhall.org.uk/residential/ 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, nurturing and have a good sense of humour. We need someone who will act as a positive role model at all times, work well within a team and has great communication skills.   

There may be sleep in duties attached to this role which are an additional payment.
