On the 5th December 2017, Key Stage 2 took part in a French day. The children did various activities like learning about St Nicolas and making their own St Nicolas out of clothes pegs or colouring, cutting and sticking stencils together.
The children also sang some Christmas songs in French and decorated some pictures to do with Christmas.
The children of Lower School also got to experience a French cafe, eating different types of cheeses, French baguettes and croissants.
They also got the chance to make their own French sweets called bonbons, out of icing sugar, water, food coloring and peppermint flavouring.
